Mariachi Real de San Diego played a tribute to Vicente Fernandez at the Musicbox in San Diego this past Saturday, right before the big soccer game. It was a great performance by the San Diego Mariachi band.
We play so many private events it was wonderful to perform for the public in honor of such an important musician.
Vicente Fernandez is a legendary performer and is scheduled to play his very last performance very soon. So it was with great pride that we honored his work with this tribute. As a San Diego Mariachi band we get to play a lot of beautiful places and the Musicbox was one of our favorite.
